• All freight costs for damaged or faulty goods will be at the company’s expense.
• All goods remain the property of Wotnot Naturals until paid for in full.
• All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.
• All prices are given in Australian Dollars inc GST.
• We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products. All warranties and representations are fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.

These terms and conditions shall be construed according to, and governed by the laws of NSW and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in respect of these terms and conditions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• An email confirmation will be sent for all online orders.
• Whether received by phone, email or online your order will be dispatched on the next working day after full payment has been received.  We deliver Australia wide.  For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we can arrange a courier for you at an extra cost.
• All orders will be shipped via regular Australia Post.  You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.  If you encounter any issues with the tracking, please contact us directly.
• All orders using DISCOUNT CODES relating to FREE shipping will be shipped via regular Australia Post and will not be eligible for Express Post delivery.
• FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $95.  Freight charges on orders less than $95 are dependent on State.  Below is a breakdown of freight costs to your area:

         WA/NT - $9.99

• OVERSEAS ORDERS: Customers are responsible for paying Duties & Taxes that may apply at destination.  Please check with your local Customs office for any fees that may be applicable.
