  Whether received by phone, email, or online, your order will be dispatched on the next working day after full payment has been received. We deliver Australia-wide. For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we can arrange a courier at an additional cost.

  All orders are shipped via regular Australia Post or Sendle. If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card for collection.

  Orders using discount codes related to free shipping will be sent via regular Australia Post or Sendle and are not eligible for Express Post delivery.
