Order & Return

  1. No refunds or exchanges will be given for change of mind purchases.
  2. Full refunds or replacements given on damaged or faulty goods.  Customer must contact Wotnot Naturals immediately upon receipt of goods and provide proof of damaged or faulty goods. Goods must be returned before a replacement is dispatched. Please call 1300 767 065 to notify us of the returning goods and to obtain our reply paid number.
  3. All freight costs for damaged or faulty goods will be at the company’s expense.
  4. All goods remain the property of Wotnot Naturals until paid for in full.
  5. All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.
  6. All prices are given in Australian Dollars inc GST.
  7. We do not have any liability to you arising from the supply of our products. All warranties and representations are fully excluded to the extent allowed by law.

These terms and conditions shall be construed according to, and governed by the laws of NSW and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in respect of these terms and conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. An email confirmation will be sent for all online orders.
  2. Whether received by phone, email or online your order will be dispatched on the next working day after full payment has been received.  We deliver Australia wide.  Delivery will take approximately 2-10 days depending on the delivery address given.  Should there be any delay, we will contact you - please ensure that an appropriate telephone number is specified with your order. For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we can arrange a courier for you at an extra cost.
  3. All orders will be shipped via regular Australia Post.  In order to keep the shipping costs down we do not use a tracking system.  Should you wish for your goods to be tracked, please contact us and we will quote you an alternative shipping price.
